At Azure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Azure account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
